Punta Cana and Its Allure

Located in the eastern-most part of the Dominican Republic is Punta Cana. It’s a coastal haven of fine beaches, harboring the green-blue waters of both the Atlantic and the Caribbean oceans. With its sprawling white sandy beaches, rich coral reefs, ubiquitous palm trees, sunny blue skies, classy amenities, and modern facilities, it is most popular among visitors as a very attractive tropical tourist destination. Having been such since the 1970s, it has deservedly acquired an international reputation around its intense, predominantly, Hispanic culture of being one of the friendliest, liveliest, and most welcoming tourist-oriented culture in the planet, and not to mention, one of the most low-cost tourist destinations this side of the Caribbean. Spanish is its official language, having been colonized by the Spaniards, but numerous hotel staff speak English, and some speak French (neighboring country, Haiti, was occupied by the French).
